My daughter and I had a lovely afternoon at The Orange Grove, enjoying their afternoon tea offering – though in our case, it was coffee all the way! The setting was bright, relaxed with a calm, friendly atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy ourselves. No vintage china, but everything was clean, smart and thoughtfully presented. The food was fresh and generous – a nice mix of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Coffee was topped up within us having to ask. The staff were warm and attentive, striking just the right balance of checking and leaving us to enjoy the afternoon. We never felt rushed.

Our restaurant features three beautiful areas: the light-filled Morning Room, the characterful Conservatory, and the vibrant Main Restaurant near the open kitchen and bar. While we’ll always try to accommodate seating preferences, requests are subject to availability. To help us do our best, we recommend booking in advance and noting your preference when you reserve.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations. The earliest arrival time for decorating your pod is 15 minutes before your booking.
Dining times vary depending on your group size and booking time. You’ll be informed of your table duration when reserving. After your meal, you’re very welcome to continue relaxing in our Hotel Lounge or the Library Bar.
